Plant Based 'Bouef Bourguignon'
A rich, slow-cooked stew of plant based steak, mushrooms, carrots, onions in a red wine and thyme sauce. Served with creamy vegan pommes (potato) purée.

Classic caramelised apple tart with flaky vegan puff pastry. Served warm with vegan vanilla ice cream
