Steve Pilgrim is an artist and musician with over 25 years of global touring experience. Starting out as a drummer with Liverpool 'Bandwagon' band The Stands (alongside bands like The Coral and The Zutons), Steve went on to play with John Power and Cast.

As a solo artist and singer-songwriter, he has produced 6 studio albums (his latest, Let The Love Be Found was released earlier this year), receiving the praise of fellow musicians and critics alike. The material sits proudly in the songwriting idiom of the acoustic folk/pop artists of the ’60s while exploring the challenges of living and loving in the 21st century. Steve’s songs are simultaneously celebratory and melancholy, intimate and honest, bringing into focus the struggles we all face and the humility that unites us.

Over the last 18 years has been touring as part of Paul Weller’s band, providing vocals, acoustic and drums, and sharing the stage with the likes of Noel Gallagher, Johnny Marr, Corrine Bailey Rae, Tom Jones, The Who and Kelly Jones (to name a few).

“When Steve Pilgrim takes to the stage it’s like a spell has been woven. His voice is nothing short of perfect and although many know him as Paul Weller’s drummer, his guitar abilities sincerely match his songwriting skill”

“Steve Pilgrim is the music industry’s best-kept secret. He’s an exceptional songwriter” Dylan Jones – GQ Magazine

“One of the great understated modern songsmiths. I love Pilgrim’s voice, his lyrics, his sense of melody. I hope people get to hear his music, it’s really something special” Paul Weller

“A soulful ache of a voice and a brave, wide-open lyrical stance…” Rob Fitzpatrick - Word Magazine

"We love having Steve play in Loafers. An incredible musician and songwriter who captivates the audience with songs that come from deep in his soul. He means every word and every note. Each show just seems to hold the audience in a way that not many solo musicians can. If we could, we'd have Steve play for us every week. Always a compelling show that has created many cherished memories for us as a small venue" Mark Richardson, Loafers Halifax

“To see Steve Pilgrim live is to witness something very special. A rare chance to see an exceptional performer in the intimate setting his songs were made for, stripped back to what matters most — the song, the voice, and the connection with the audience.” Dan Jennings - Host, Paul Weller Fan Podcast

Teenage Waitress, shall open for Steve Pilgrim.

Blending classic British songwriting with bold modern production, Teenage Waitress is the brainchild of solo artist Daniel J. Ash. With a sound that channels the melodic richness of The Beatles, the wry storytelling of Squeeze, and the sonic experimentation of Berlin-era Bowie, Teenage Waitress is redefining pop for a new generation.

Following the release of three critically acclaimed albums, Teenage Waitress has quickly earned a loyal following and widespread praise for his unique “short story” songs.

Teenage Waitress has featured in publications such as Shindig!, MOJO and CLASH and have previously opened for The Zombies and Reverend and The Makers. With big melodies, bold intricate arrangements, and a sharp lyrical edge, Teenage Waitress offer a unique modern echo of the golden age of British pop.
