For this month's Supper Club we welcome back The Common Vegan, aka co-founder Keiron, to deliver five courses of plant based delciousness!
If you are a fan of fish then this is the menu for you. Keiron takes a plant based twist on some classics you might love...or maybe some that he sorely misses!
ENTREE
Smoked Salmon Bellinis Home-baked bellinis topped with a plant based cream cheese, & vegan smoked salmon topped with dill
STARTER
Scallops
Marinated and pan fried on a bed of Tuscan Bean puree and served with asparagus
MAIN
Fish & Chips
Banana Blossom Fish cooked in a light beer batter, served with pea puree, hand-cut, oven-baked chips served with tartare sauce
DESSERT
Lemon Cheesecake
A refreshing lemon cheesecake to finish off

Tea & Coffee
with a biscuit of some form
