Chapman Shum – featured pianist on Channel 4’s "The Piano": Chapman is a 14-year-old blind pianist from Hong Kong, now living in the UK. Despite complex disabilities including autism, learning and speech difficulties, and hearing loss he achieved his ABRSM Piano Performance diploma at just 13. He performs across the UK, is a member of the National Open Youth Orchestra, and will begin his studies at the Junior Conservatoire at Trinity Laban this coming September.

He was featured on the BBC national news for his recital at Royal London Hospital last year.

Tyla Marilyn - Tyla started writing music and lyrics when she was 9. Starting out on the ukulele, she performed live for the first time at an open mic night right here at the sound lounge when she was 11 years old. Since then, she has gone on to perform at numerous local events in the last 3 years. She released her debut single “love is the new hate” in 2023 and it was chosen as BBC introducing’s track of the day and played on the radio. She’s gone on to release 2 more singles. “Home sweet home” about refugees where she donated 50% of profits from sales of this single on Bandcamp, to refugee charities. Her single “Coffee” won the Paul McCartney Songwriting competition. She has just finished recording her 4th single which will be released in the next couple of months.

Huw Lloyd: Originating on the outskirts of Wrexham, North Wales, Huw’s work as a singer-songwriter and pianist transcends many genres, blending Blues, Rock N Roll, Pop and Jazz to create complex full-band arrangements with diverse and relatable lyrics which focus on themes from existentialism to love and heartbreak.

Playing alongside George Pritchard on guitar, Matteo Firth on drums and Harry Hammond on bass, Huw’s debut EP, “Is Rock N Roll Really Dead?” (Released in Summer 2024) draws a lot of inspiration from the timeless classics of Billy Joel, Elton John and many other groups releasing music before the turn of the millennium. This “retro” attribute of Huws band’s music offers a unique selling point to his music, which combines elaborate chord structures, electrifying solo sections and dynamic performances, leaving audiences wanting more.

The third artist is currently to be confirmed. Details shall appear here shortly.
