Boz + Stonny The Donny (support)

Kicking off our August Fresh Noise Festival we have one of the most innovative and interesting bands to come out of the South London music scene. If you think that “young people these days” are just making repetitive 3 minute pop tunes then Boz will cure you of that. An eclectic 7 piece band with Viola and Saxophone and 4 vocalists alongside the usual complement of guitars, keys, bass and drums.

Boz’s music is filled with exploratory textures and soundscapes, while still remaining accessible and enjoyable. You wouldn’t be surprised if they had grown up alongside Supertramp or Pink Floyd, yet they’re just starting their musical career and are out there showcasing that complex and intelligent music is still possible.

Born out of London's diverse music scene, Boz's uniquely powerful rock blend is formed from a mix of 7 musicians endeavouring to deliver a new flavour to the alternative indie genre.

Support: Stonny the Donny - Alternative/new wave with aspects of jazz. Stonny the Donny's wide ranging musical performances are full of twists and turns, leaving you never quite sure what to expect next, but endlessly fascinated at what might be about to happen.
