Hannah White will be opening the night, which has been pulled together at very short notice (enormous gratitude goes out to the artists for offering to donate their time) to raise money to help keep The Sound Lounge going in these really difficult times!!!

We have a lot of generous artists who have offered their time for this, so don't miss out and arrive early. Doors will open at 6pm. Hannah will be opening and introducing the first artist a little before 7pm. So grab your seats to get comfortable for the night! #FreeEntry - #PayWhatYouCan or donate on the night....or just come and enjoy the music and have a drink at the bar. Every time you do, it makes a huge difference to us ❤️🙏

LYNSEY SHAW: International chart-topping singer-songwriter & band leader with over 20 years of entertainment experience. Lynsey has performed in many guises, including as part of chart-topping band GirlsAtPlay. She fronted the girl band for world renowned powerhouse production and songwriting team Mike Stock and Matt Aitkin.

JIM HAMMOND: "Jim Hammond is without doubt one of the finest honky tonk, boogie woogie, rock and roll musicians on the circuit! A true talent and presence on stage, whether he is schooling his piano like Jerry Lee Lewis or playing bottle neck slide on a varied and beautiful collection of vintage guitars...big gravely voice and tales of years on the road." - 'Grizzly' Rhys Morgan

PETER TAYLOR: Frontman from country band The River Flows, Peter is an artist from Tunbridge Wells who passionately advocates for local, grassroots live music. Festival organiser, promoter as well as a songwriter; a true music-maker.

ANA GRACEY: Singer/Songwriter Ana Gracey is the daughter of jazz/rock legends Barbara Thompson & Jon Hiseman. She has featured on countless recordings as a session singer, artist and songwriter. Multi-platinum music producer Ryan Louder (Dua Lipa, Dido) described her as a “…ridiculously talented singer and songwriter…” after working with her on the mix and master of her track ‘Born To Glitter’ produced by Jay Putty.

Multiple songwriting collaborations in many genres from trailerised swagger rock to cinematic pop have lead her to land sync placements on MTV, Hulu and most recently in the 2024 film “Murmur” on Amazon Prime.

LORRAINE LUCAS & KEIREN MENSAH: Lorraine Lucas is a singer, songwriter, musician and composer who draws inspiration from her observations of the world and the human condition in all it's magnificence and frailty. An avid and respected songwriter she has studied under the tutelage of Boo Hewerdine, Darden Smith, Findlay Napier, Dr. Dave Hook and also runs her own songwriting workshops as well as curator of Folkestone's Songwriting Festival.

BLUEBEARD: piano-based singer-songwriter, Bluebeard (aka Dave Turner) has graced The Sound Lounge stage as part of americana band Courting Ghosts, but this time brings his melodic songwriting - sometimes heartfelt and sometimes raucous.

PHIL COOPER: A contemporary folk-pop troubadour based in Bristol. He is best known as one third of folk / Americana trio The Lost Trades, whose own next Sound Lounge appearance on November 7th is on sale now. But Phil has also been performing solo for the best part of two decades, sharing the stage with the likes of Badly Drawn Boy, The Bluetones, Mark Chadwick and many more.
